Improved processes for a lean production

The production department at Pronomic has had a busy year where we have had to solve everything from production peaks to problems with delayed material supply. Pronomic has this past year also been implementing Lean Project Management to constantly improve production processes throughout the workflow at the production department. An important consequence of this work resulted in a completely new job opening: a Supply Chain Manager, says Markus Folkesson, Head of Operations at Pronomic.
