The challenge:  

CH Industry is a Swedish Door manufacturing comapny based in Eskilstuna. Starting as a small scale production the comapny needed a multifunctional solution for picking up door sides lying down, rotate them 180° in order to drill and punsch holes, mount hinges, frame and in the end put the steel door down in a 90° vertical position. These tasks were all performed manually by 2-3 people carrying and moving the doors around. 

The Solution: 

Movomech presented, offered, sold and installed a solution including steels structure, Mechrail light weight rail system, Mechstack Pro with an integrated Vacuum Gripper solution including an electrically driven rotation of 180° The rail system mounted in the steel structure covered the complete working area where one operator now safe and with good ergonomics could perform all the task needed at the working station.
