Designed for efficient lifting, rotation and positioning of reels, it gives operators full control while protecting both people and materials. Safe, controlled clamping from the inside The reel is gripped by mechanical expansion inside the core (mandrel). This internal clamping method distributes the load evenly and reduces the risk of damage to the reel edges and material layers. The adjustable system adapts to different reel sizes, so you can use one solution across multiple products. Easy 90° manual rotation The tool allows manual mechanical rotation of the reel by 90°, for example from horizontal to vertical position or vice versa. This makes loading, unloading and feeding into machines safer and more ergonomic, avoiding heavy manual twisting or unsafe improvised methods. Adjustable for your reel dimensions The gripper is adjustable to suit different reel dimensions, giving you flexibility on the shop floor and simplifying changeovers. Standard capacities include: Maximum reel outer diameter: up to 700 mm Maximum reel width (laize): up to 450 mm Core (mandrel) diameters: 70 mm and 76 mm
